When your vehicle is idling, the voltage is 5 volts, and at the highest speed, that is, when the fuel is used the most, it is 1.5 volts. Then visually inspect the electrical wiring that comes to the fuel volume regulator circuit. If you see a peeling, opening, rupture or corrosion (blooming) in the cables, be sure to change the installation. Measure the regulator with the help of a voltmeter whether there is an electrical signal or not. However, using the direct battery voltage while doing this can cause greater damage to the system. If the error code P0002 continues to appear, you will need to change the fuel volume regulator.
