We will look for answers to the questions of what kind of car is Alfa Romeo’s C-segment hatchback car, Giulietta. We will also include the user review of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
Alfa Romeo is a brand that has always produced the strangest and most beautifully designed cars in the world. It is a brand that produces under the same roof as the Italian Fiat. Whether it is a premium brand or not is a separate point of discussion. But there was a sweet rivalry with BMW. The Giulietta first began to be produced in 2010, was released in 2014 as the first make-up case and in 2016 as the 2nd facelifted case. As of 2021, it is still sold as zero.
What kind of car is Alfa Romeo Giulietta
The Alfa Romeo Giulietta, which is available in the hatchback case type, has rounded lines when viewed from the front. There are “Distinctive, Giulietta, Progression, Progression Plus, Sprint and Super TCT” packages as equipment. It has features such as ABS, ESP, hill start assist, 6 airbags, xenon led headlights, rain and headlight sensor, cruise control and media player. 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options are available. Engine technical specifications are as follows;
1.4 Gasoline : This engine with a volume of 1.4 liters produces 120 horsepower and 206 Nm of torque. It is an LPG compatible engine. There are even ex-factory LPG ones. It consumes 9 liters of fuel in the city and 6.5 liters outside the city.
1.4 TB Multiar : If you are looking for high performance, I recommend buying a Giulietta with this engine. It produces 170 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. It is a retained motor. It accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometers in 7.8 seconds.
1.6 JTD : It is the same engine as the 1.6 multijet produced by Fiat. There are two different powers, 105 and 120 hp. My advice to you is to take the 120 one.
1.75 Giulietta 1.75 TBi Quadrifoglio Verde : Produced between 2010 and 2014. It produces 235 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. It performs like a race car. It consumes 11 liters of fuel in the city and 6 liters outside the city.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta User Review
I drove one of these cars for 3 years. Nice car, yes, but it’s the quality that will never be able to compete with a BMW. The inside reflects the lines of the Fiat Bravo a lot. They were already produced on the same platform when they were produced. However, Alfa Romeo used almost the same materials as the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. The sounds of interior trim are a bit loud. The width of the front side is beautiful. The rear legroom is a bit narrow, as in every C-class car. The 1.6-engine diesel I had was the 120-horsepower one. It is very nice in terms of performance. It accelerates very well in intermediate accelerations in the city. Already this engine is famous for its performance. But it works with a lot of sound. I didn’t like Giulietta’s soundproofing very much. The sound of the engine was sometimes disturbing. Handling is better in 2016 and higher models.
Is it possible to buy Alfa Romeo Giulietta
There is no need to get into the debate of whether it is good or bad for this car. It’s a pretty nice car. However, while the second-hand market is almost non-existent, the price is very high. I think it makes more sense to evaluate a Mercedes. The decision is up to you, though.
